NEO Group Holding, hereinafter “NEO”, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. For inquiries or to exercise your rights, email info@neogroupb.com.
2. Legal framework
We process personal data under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), and other applicable rules.
3. Data we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect:
- Identification and contact details: first and last name, email, phone, country, company, and role.
- Inquiry content: reason and message submitted.
- Project information: activity, business model, market, team, progress, needs, projections, financial information, and documentation links you choose to provide.
- Minimum technical data needed for the security, availability, and operation of the site and its forms.
We do not request sensitive data. Please do not include it in messages or documentation.
4. Purposes and legal basis
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, assess submitted projects, coordinate related communications, protect the site against abuse, comply with legal obligations, and retain evidence of consent. Processing is based on your consent, requested pre-contractual steps, and, where applicable, legal obligations or legitimate interests compatible with your rights.
Personal data will not be used for purposes incompatible with those disclosed when collected.
5. Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorized NEO personnel and collaborators who need the information for the purposes described. Hosting, infrastructure, database storage, security, and technology support providers—including Supabase—may also process data on NEO's behalf under confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may store or process information outside Argentina. Where applicable, NEO will seek to ensure that such transfers have a legal basis and appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to address an inquiry, assess and follow up on a project, maintain the relevant relationship, comply with legal obligations, or resolve claims. It will then be deleted, anonymized, or blocked as appropriate.
8. Security and confidentiality
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. However, no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Those involved in processing are subject to confidentiality duties.
9. Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, updating, deletion, or confidentiality of your data, and withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing us and stating your identity and the right you wish to exercise. Access requests are answered within ten (10) calendar days; correction, updating, or deletion requests within five (5) business days, under Law No. 25,326.
Personal data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is established, in accordance with Article 14(3) of Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326, is empowered to receive complaints and claims concerning non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not use advertising or profiling cookies. If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or processing changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
